Fix where no one else gets hurt and pay for the damage. Yeah, because my EverStart jump box blew up right next to my head and almost burned my barn down and burned my eyes, and I had to breathe the smoke while trying to keep my barn from burning. And I'm in a wheelchair, and it really scared me to death.

First is that It’s not the reps fault . It’s the company’s fault with their contract with Walmart.
I went to return a battery jumper to Walmart but didn’t have the receipt. So they said to call you guys to see what u would say about returning the product without a receipt. The product was defective it didn’t not charge to jump a car but the usb charge Porte and flashlight worked perfect . It cost 78.00 and that’s.
A lot for a charger, but it pissed me off on how I called you guys and wasn’t able to talk to anyone and the managers at Walmart was a rude *** . So that’s just added to the aggravation of the whole situation.
All I wanted was a gift card or the cash back I paid for . I bought a new battery once this jumper didn’t work .
This is the effective merchant guys who paid $70 for this battery starter, and although we cannot find the receipt, we have everything, the package, everything that came in, just like brand new. But this guy doesn't work, so yeah, great job rigus.

I purchased a battery on August 16, 2025. It is no good.
I am getting the runaround on how the warranty actually works.
I was told I may have to wait for stores to get a new battery in because they don't have this battery in stock right now, but that does not do me any good because I don't have a car because I need the battery. I was told I could go to an auto care center and have the battery tested and exchanged there; unfortunately, I do not have a Walmart auto care center near me.
